These terms cover your use of Month17, operated from the Netherlands. Short version: we archive your Search Console data and serve it back to you; the data is yours; you pay per site; you can cancel whenever you want. The longer version follows. Questions go to hello@month17.com.
The service
Month17 connects to Google Search Console with your permission, archives the performance data of the properties you select, and serves that archive over MCP and related interfaces. During the current early-access phase the service is free: connecting a property creates no payment obligation, and billing only starts if you actively subscribe a property once paid plans are introduced.
Your account and your responsibilities
- You need the rights to the properties you connect. If you archive a client's property, getting that client's authorization is on you.
- Keep control of the email account you log in with; magic links are only as safe as your inbox.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or resell access to someone else's data.
Your data
The archived Search Console data is yours. We process it to run the service and for nothing else, as described in the privacy policy. You can disconnect a property at any time, which stops its sync, or delete your account, which removes your tokens and archived data.
Payment and cancellation
During early access the service is free and no payment details are collected. Once paid plans are introduced, pricing is $10 per Search Console property per month, billed through Mollie, and continuing past early access always requires you to actively subscribe: we never convert a free account into a paying one on our own. You can cancel a property's subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and doesn't renew. After a subscription ends, or if you don't subscribe when early access closes, we keep that property's archive for 30 days and then delete it.
What we promise, and what we can't
We work to keep the service available and your archive intact, and the privacy policy describes the security measures involved. That said, Month17 is provided as-is: we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we depend on Google's API continuing to exist in its current form. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Ending things
You can leave at any time as described above. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the service, and we'll say why. If we ever discontinue the service, you'll get at least 60 days' notice and the chance to take your archive with you.
The boring but necessary part
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we update them in a way that affects you, account holders get an email before the change takes effect. The date at the top reflects the current version.
